Shipping & Returns
Production
Each print is made to order. Production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Prints are produced using archival pigment inks on cotton rag paper, then professionally framed in a museum-grade frame with UV-protective glazing. Every print arrives ready to hang.
Shipping
- Prints ship via insured, signature-required freight to ensure safe delivery.
- Domestic orders (United States) typically arrive 3–5 business days after production.
- International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote and estimated timeline.
- A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
Packaging
All prints are packaged in custom-built crates or rigid mailers designed for fine art transit. Framed prints include corner protectors and archival wrapping to prevent damage during shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- As each print is made to order, all sales are final unless the work arrives damaged or defective.
- If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no cost.
- If there is a production defect, we will reprint and replace the work free of charge.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damage or defect.
Limited Editions
Each limited edition print is numbered and signed, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Edition numbers are non-exchangeable.
